Committee members work on a number of projects, including creating a recruitment packet, identifying and speaking with potential business owners, conducting market studies and promoting networking between businesses. With a number of vacant storefronts in our area there is a lot of opportunity to shape the character of Downtown South – we need people with good business sense and an interest in the success of the business we have and will have.

• Coordinate Business Recruitment Program
• Create Market Surveys
• Develop Strategies for Using Vacant Store Fronts
• Plan and Implement Business to Business Networking Events
